Dude, you believe you are capable to design an all composite sailplane but can't make an estimate how much resin it will take thinking one gallon will build the whole airplane ?

I am currently looking at using Aeropoxy PR2032/PH3665 from www.aircraftspruce.com/menus/cm/epoxy_aeropoxy.html, however given the very high shipping charge for this 'haz-mat' material ($200 s&h alone!) I would like to make sure that I don't have to place a second order down the line.
